We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Our products are available exclusively online and sold only on www.llennia.com.

 

Orders

Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before fulfillment of each order. Once payment has been received by us, your order is shipped within 2 business days. We will send a confirmation email with tracking options to the email address you provide in your online order form. Goods supplied by Llénnia to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer. 

All orders are shipped from Norway to the address provided in your order. Llénnia is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to incorrect addresses. 

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, American Express, MasterCard. All payments on www.llennia.com are processed via Stripe payment fulfilment service. Llénnia assumes no liability whatsoever for the availability and functionality of this service. Llénnia assumes no liability for any financial loss caused by the use of Stripe payment service. Stripe complies with the Electronic Commerce Directive.

 Customer comments and feedback

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments.
